Barclays plans buffered Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 16 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due July 30, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 16.35% to 17.6%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on July 25 and settle on July 30.

The Cusip number is 06741TZA8.
