By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Dec. 6 - Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes due Dec. 13, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 140% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will share fully in losses from the initial index level if the index declines beyond the 30% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22547QEJ1) will price Dec. 10 and settle Dec. 13.
