New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $9.85 million 5% coupon buffered securities tied to index, fund

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Nov. 21 - Credit Suisse A,G London Branch priced $9.85 million of 5% coupon buffered securities due Jan. 22, 2015 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either component falls below the 15% buffer on the Jan. 19, 2015 valuation date, in which case investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% decline of the worst-performing component beyond 15%.
