New Issue: Barclays prices $1.02 million buffered Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 11 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.02 million of 0% Super Track notes due Oct. 15, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 12.85%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
