Barclays plans Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE fund

New York, Oct. 3 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Super Track notes due Aug. 2, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF's return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 125% of the return.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 25% and will share fully in losses if the return is less than negative 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 06741TL21) are expected to price on Oct. 28 and settle on Oct. 31.
