New Issue: JPMorgan prices $399,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on unequally weighted basket

Chicago, Nov. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $399,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 11, 2028 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The best performing asset will carry a 70% weight and the second-best performing asset will carry a 30% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.12 times any basket gain.

The payout will be par if the basket falls by up to 30%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the basket’s initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
