Chicago, March 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.35 million of 0% buffer securities due Sept. 26, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any positive return of the laggard asset.
If the laggard asset falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Investors will be exposed to declines in the laggard asset beyond 30%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
