New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.2 million accelerated barrier notes on index, ETF basket

Chicago, May 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.2 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due May 5, 2026 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 30% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 30% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 15% weight, the ARK Innovation ETF with a 15% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 10% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.03 times any basket gain.
The payout will be par if the basket falls by up to 35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the basket’s initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
