New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.05 million capped buffered equity notes on index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, May 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.05 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due April 26, 2023 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight, the ARK Innovation ETF with a 15% weight and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 15% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 15%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
