New Issue: TD Bank sells $100,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares EAFE

Los Angeles, April 26 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $100,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due March 1, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum payout of $1,136 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% ETF decline beyond 10%.
