New York, Nov. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.5 million of 0% buffer securities due Sept. 2, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 16%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 10%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
