New Issue: TD Bank sells $33,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares EAFE

Los Angeles, Nov. 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $33,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 31, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF return, capped at $1,072 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will receive par if the ETF finishes flat or falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% ETF decline beyond 10%.
