New Issue: JPMorgan sells $825,000 capped buffered enhanced notes on iShares EAFE

Los Angeles, Oct. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $825,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 25, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the gain with the payout capped at par plus 12%.

If the fund finishes flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
