New Issue: BMO sells $988,000 buffered bullish enhanced notes on iShares EAFE

Los Angeles, June 8 – Bank of Montreal priced $988,000 of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, capped at par plus 19.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
