New Issue: Barclays sells $718,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on iShares EAFE

Los Angeles, May 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $718,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 20, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the ETF gain.
If the ETF declines up to 15%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
