New Issue: UBS prices $22.94 million buffer gears linked to iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Los Angeles, April 1 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $22.94 million of 0% buffer gears due March 31, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the ETF return. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines below its initial value if it falls by more than 15%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
