New Issue: Barclays prices $1.07 million notes due 2025 linked to MSCI EAFE ETF

Chicago, Feb. 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.07 million of 0% notes due Feb. 11, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final ETF level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 54%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the ETF’s decline, subject to a minimum payout of $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
