New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $710,000 buffered PLUS linked to index, ETF basket

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $710,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 2, 2025 linked to a basket containing two indexes and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index (60% weight), the Russell 2000 index (20% weight), the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (10% weight) and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (10% weight).
If the return of basket is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par plus 111% of the basket return.
If the basket falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
If the basket falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 20%.
