JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, capped at par plus 18.75% to 22.75%.
If the fund falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 28 and settle on Oct. 3.
The Cusip number is 48130UFG5.
