Barclays plans five-year SuperTrack notes tied to MSCI EAFE, EM fund

Chicago, April 11 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due May 3, 2022 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 60% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 40% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the basket.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the basket finishes below the 70% barrier level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on April 28.

The Cusip number is 06741VQL9.
