New Issue: JPMorgan prices $9.04 million 7% autocallable yield notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Oct. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.04 million of autocallable yield notes due April 10, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting April 8, 2024 at par if the price of the underlying fund is greater than or equal to its strike price on any semiannual determination date.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7%, payable semiannually.

At maturity the payout will be par if the ETF gains or declines by no more than the 25% buffer. Otherwise investors will receive par less 133.333% of the ETF loss beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
