New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $6.54 million Bares linked to Stoxx 50, EAFE ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $6.54 million of 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Aug. 24, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing underlier’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 155% of the lesser-performing underlier’s return.

Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing underlier falls by up to 10% and lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performer beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
