New Issue: JPMorgan sells $511,000 autocallable accelerated barrier notes on funds, index

Buffalo, N.Y., June 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $511,000 of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due June 14, 2024 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the closing level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial value on June 14, 2022, the notes will be automatically called at par plus an 10% call premium.

If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.65 times the return of the worst performing underlier.

If any underlier falls but each finishes at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing underlier.
