New Issue: Citigroup sells $834,000 dual directional buffer securities on S&P 500, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, July 7– Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $834,000 of 0% dual directional buffer securities due June 30, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the least performing asset finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of that asset, capped at 26.5%.

If the least-performing asset finishes flat or falls by up to 15%, payout will be par plus the absolute value of that asset’s return. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing asset beyond 15%.
