New Issue: Citigroup prices $400,000 market-linked notes on index, ETF basket

Morgantown, W.Va., March 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $400,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to a weighted basket of two indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the Dow Jones industrial average with a 25% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight and the iShares iBoxx High Yield Corporate Bond ETF with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
