Citigroup plans jump securities on iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate

San Diego, March 25 - Citigroup Funding Inc. plans to price 0% jump securities due Oct. 29, 2012 linked to the iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final price is greater than the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus an upside payment of 18% to 22% that will be set at pricing. Investors will be exposed to any decline.

The securities (Cusip: 17316G164) are expected to price April 25 and settle three business days later.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
