Credit Suisse amends maturity for PLUS on iShares China Large-Cap ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch amended the maturity date for its upcoming 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities linked to the iShares China Large-Cap exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will mature on June 5, 2019, instead of May 21, 2019 as stated in a previous 424B2 filing.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any ETF gain, up to a maximum payment of $12.40 per PLUS.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The notes will price on Feb. 16.

The Cusip number is 22549E309.
