Company sells units at $0.225 apiece to Nanominerals

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 20 – Ireland, Inc. settled a $300,000 private placement of units with Nanominerals Corp. on Aug. 15, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal priced on March 25.
The company sold 1,333,333 units of one common share and a warrant at $0.225 per unit.
The warrants are each exercisable at $0.45 until March 29, 2019. The strike price reflects a 114.29% premium to the March 24 closing share price of $0.21.
Located in Blaine, Wash., Ireland is a silver and gold exploration company.
