Company sells common shares, four-year warrants in brokered offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 6 - Ireland, Inc. took in $5.41 million of net proceeds through a private placement of units on Nov. 30, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC was the agent.
The company sold 8,896,901 units of one common share and a warrant.
The warrants are each exercisable at $0.95 for four years. The strike price reflects a 35.71% premium to the Nov. 29 closing share price of $0.70.
Located in Blaine, Wash., Ireland is a silver and gold exploration company.
