India's 1225ICFP16B announces up to Rs. 250 million debentures issue

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 5 - 1225ICFP16B informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue up to Rs. 250 million secured redeemable non-convertible debentures.

The India-based company said its debenture committee approved the issue at a meeting on Tuesday.

The debentures will be issued on a private placement basis.
