Inyx USA unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 15 - Inyx USA Ltd.'s U.S. Trustee has appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include Jose L. Sanchez of Puerto Rico Alarm Systems, Inc., Vega Alta, Puerto Rico; Niraj Ganatra of International Union, UAW, Detroit; and Michael E. Spicer of NovaDel Pharma, Inc., Flemington, N.J.

Inyx USA is a subsidiary of New York-based pharmaceutical company Inyx, Inc. Inyx USA filed for bankruptcy on July 2, 2007, and its Chapter 11 case number is 07-10888.
