Offering consists of 1.5 million common shares sold at $1.50 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 13 - American Retail Alliance, Corp. priced its $3 million initial public offering of stock in a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 2 million common shares at $1.50 per share.
Proceeds will be used for inventory, marketing and advertising, working capital and repayment of debt.
The distributor of a variety of consumer non-durable and durable products made by third-party manufacturers is based in Belleair Bluffs, Fla.
