S&P rates American Reprographics loan BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB- rating and 1 recovery rating to American Reprographics Co. LLC's proposed $350 million senior secured credit facilities.

The issue rating is two notches above the BB corporate credit rating, which was affirmed with a stable outlook, the agency said.

S&P noted that the facilities consist of a $75 million revolving credit facility and a $275 million term loan, adding that the credit facilities will be used to repay existing debts and for general corporate purposes.

The agency said that ratings on American Reprographics reflect its exposure to the cyclical commercial construction industry and its acquisitive track record while these factors are tempered by its leadership position in architecture, engineering and construction reprographics and its intermediate financial risk profile.
