Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 23 - American Renal Associates, Inc. completed a private placement of stock, raising $4.33 million, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 331,650 common shares at $13.06 apiece.

American Renal Associates is a private provider of renal care and dialysis services based in Beverly, Mass.
