Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 2 - American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. completed a $4.65 million private placement of stock on Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 159,300 common shares at $29.16 per share.

The private Beverly, Mass., company provides dialysis services.
