inTEST files $30 million shelf covering stock, debt and preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., May 4 - inTEST Corp. filed a $30 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants, debt securities and units.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for possible acquisitions or other general corporate purposes, which may include working capital.

inTEST is a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based designer, manufacturer and marketer of mechanical, thermal and electrical products that are used by semiconductor manufacturers.
