New York, June 27 – Intesa Sanpaolo SpA completed a €500 million sale of five-year green notes, according to a term sheet.
The notes priced with a 0.875% coupon at 99.534 to yield 0.971%.
Banca IMI, Credit Agricole, HSBC and Societe Generale CIB were the lead managers for the Regulation S sale.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance loans for eligible projects in the areas of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Intesa Sanpaolo is a Turin, Italy-based banking group.
