Schultze buys $3.76 million in claims against Interstate
New York, March 8 - Schultze Master Fund, Ltd. bought $3.76 million of claims against Interstate Bakeries Corp., according to Thursday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.
From Restoration Holdings Ltd., Schultze bought $2.00 million in a partial transfer of a claim while the fund bought a $1.76 million claim from Longacre Master Fund, Ltd.
Interstate, a Kansas City, Mo., bakery operator, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 22, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-45814.
