Moody's ups American Realty

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the ratings of American Realty Capital Trust to Ba2.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the upgrade reflects American Realty's growth in its asset base, while reducing effective leverage and secured debt levels, as well as maintaining a solid fixed charge coverage.
