Moody’s changes view on Solveig’s ratings to negative

“Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook to negative from stable on the backed Baa2 senior secured notes outstanding of Solveig Gas Norway AS.

“Today’s rating action follows the publication by Solveig on 13 September of proposed amendments to its finance documents. If approved, such amendments could result, in Moody’s view, in a deterioration of the group’s business risk profile and a loosening of credit protections,” said Moody’s in a press release.

Moody’s affirmed the rating.
