International Finance calls $50 million zero-coupon notes due 2048

Morgantown, W.Va., April 22 – International Finance Corp. issued a notice of early redemption for its $50 million callable zero-coupon notes due April 27, 2048.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 29.

Citibank, NA is the paying agent.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
