International Finance to price $1 billion offering of five-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 17 – International Finance Corp. (Aaa/AAA) will sell $1 billion of global notes due October 2022, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the stabilizing managers for the notes, which were expected to price on Tuesday.

The size of the offering is not expected to grow.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
