Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 – International Finance Corp. priced $50 million 5.1% notes due May 28, 2025 (Aaa/AAA/) at par, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission

CastleOak Securities, LP is the dealer.

The notes were under IFC’s global medium-term note program.

Washington, D.C.-based International Finance is a member of the World Bank Group.
