Interline Resources may raise $2 million through sale of common stock

Company plans to sell 10 million shares at $0.15 to $0.20 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., July 10 – Interline Resources Corp. said it plans to price an offering of its common stock, which could raise up to $2 million.

The company will sell 10 million common shares at a price expected to fall between $0.15 and $0.20 per share.

Proceeds will be used for development and operating capital, research and development and general corporate purposes.

Interline Resources, based in Alpine, Utah, has had limited operations since June 2002. The crude oil gathering, exploration and production company focuses on finding financing to rebuild its Well Draw Plant.
