Interface files automatic shelf

New York, May 16 - Interface, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common stock, preferred stock, warrants, debt securities and depositary shares. Preferred stock and debt securities may be structured as convertibles.

Interface is an Atlanta-based manufacturer, marketer, installer and servicer of products for the commercial and institutional interiors market.
