Integrys Energy's 6% notes due 2073 admitted to begin trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Aug.19 - Integrys Energy Group Inc.'s 6% junior subordinated notes due 2073 have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.
The notes trade under the symbol "IEH."
The company priced $400 million of the $25-par notes on Aug. 12.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunning managers.
As reported, proceeds will be used to reduce short-term debt and for general corporate purposes.
Integrys is a Chicago-based diversified energy holding company.
