New York, Jan. 19 - American Manor Enterprises Inc. said it has concluded a private placement it priced in August 2005 for C$3,000,093.
The company sold 5,000,156 shares at C$0.60 each.
The offering priced on Aug. 29, 2005 as a C$5 million offering of up to 8,333,333 shares under the same terms.
Acadian Securities Inc. was the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used to implement the company's change of business from oil, natural gas and mineral exploration to real estate.
American Manor is a real estate acquisition company based in Halifax, N.S.
