New Issue: American Manganese lifts private placement of units to C$1.19 million

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 12 - American Manganese Inc. said its non-brokered private placement of units has been oversubscribed and will now raise C$1.19 million. The deal priced for C$1 million on Jan. 25.

The company will now sell 5,969,595 units at C$0.20 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.

The Vancouver, B.C.-based exploration and development company focuses its attention on mineral properties and commodities used in the steel manufacturing industry.
