New Issue: American Manganese to sell C$1 million of units via private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 25 - American Manganese Inc. said it arranged a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 5 million units at C$0.20 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half-share warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.
The Vancouver, B.C.-based exploration and development company focuses its attention on mineral properties and commodities used in the steel manufacturing industry.
