New Issue: American Lorain secures $12 million through private placement of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 29 - American Lorain Corp. negotiated a private placement of stock for about $12 million on Oct. 28, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 5,011,169 common shares.
The investors also will buy 1,753,909 series A warrants and 501,115 series B warrants.
The series A warrants are exercisable at $3.70 for five years. The series B warrants are exercisable at $3.70 for 30 months.
American Lorain, based in Junan County, China, is an integrated food manufacturing company.
